Our 2025 harvest, in numbers and in stories

Seventy-one thousand tonnes, six hundred and forty partner farms and one very wet August. A look back at the year in the fields.

Every harvest has a story, and 2025 was a year of two halves. A warm, dry spring gave us one of the best grain crops we have ever had. Then August arrived with three weeks of rain.

What held up

Fields under long-term cover cropping drained faster and recovered sooner. Combines were back on them days before neighbouring fields. It was the clearest proof yet that healthy soil is also resilient soil.

Looking ahead

Next year we welcome ninety new partner farms, open a second soil lab and plant our largest orchard yet. The work continues, one field at a time.
